Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer exchanges or refunds within term-time14 days of purchase.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original tags and packaging must be intact

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available within term-time 14 days of purchase

• Items may be exchanged for a different size or item of equal value

• If there is a price difference, it must be paid at the time of exchange

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved

• Processing time may take 3–5 business days

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged

• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

• Items returned after the 14-day within term-time period

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
